Why does God Want Me to Come?
TEXT: Amos 3:3, 1 Cor.2:14
God wants you to come to Him to show that you also want His friendship. God doesn’t force people to love Him, even though He has always loved us and has done everything to show His love for us. He wants us to understand that we need Him and that He can be friends with us if we come to Him. Our bible text says two people cannot be friends and enjoy their friendship unless they agree on the same things. Our second text says that if we don’t have the same nature as God, we cannot be friends with Him; this is because we would not understand Him. We cannot understand Him if we have a different nature from Him.
DECLARATION: I am born of God and I have his nature in me. I am able to function in a loving relationship with Him, and through His Spirit that lives in me, I know His thoughts and I submit to His will. Hallelujah!
