Who is Jesus Christ to you?: The Great Physician/Healer
Text: 2Timothy 1:10, Acts 4:12, Matthew 1:21, 1John 2:1-2.
Memory Verse: “And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world”. 1John 4:14
When Jesus fully began his ministry on earth, he was known as a healer. He went about healing the sick and delivering those oppressed by demons and wicked spirits. The bible recorded so many people that Jesus healed; there was no sickness or disease that he did not heal. Matthew 8:1-17 records a lot of healing miracles performed by Jesus; many people only tend to believe in him as the Saviour after they experience such miracles. Jesus Christ came to the world as a Saviour and also a healer.
By His stripes you are healed.
Mediation – whenever you feel ill / sick, cry out to God, ask Jesus to come through for you and heal you, not just you but also all those who are sick around you.
