Why did Jesus Come (II) Eternal Life

Text: John 3:16; Romans 8:10-11

Jesus came to give you the very kind of life God has. He said He came to give life and life in abundance- meaning He wants you to live that life to the fullest. Jesus wants the very best life for you- whether it’s your physical life or your life in eternity. However, true enjoyment of both physical and eternal life begins once you repent genuinely and receive Jesus Christ as your savior, your body dies to sinful desires but your spirit is renewed and comes alive to righteous living. You are no longer distant from God or dead in spirit but you become alive and begin to live a meaningful live that is empowered by the Spirit of God.

Pray: I thank you for wanting the very best life for me, Thank you for giving me eternal life.
