Who is Jesus Christ to you? – Miracle Worker
Who is Jesus Christ to you? – Miracle Worker
Text: John 2:1-11, John 6:5-14, John 6:16-24, Luke 7:11-17
Memory Verse: “This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.” John 2:11
Has anyone ever asked you who Jesus is to you; and if they have, what was your reply? I can guess that a lot of you will first say that Jesus is the son of God. This is very correct; but Jesus is not just the son of God; he is a lot of wonderful things that our mind cannot fathom. Today we will be looking at Jesus as the Miracle Worker.
From our texts, we have read a lot about the miracles Jesus performed. From his first miracle in Cana of Galilee where he turned water to wine in a marriage ceremony John 2:1-11; to when he raised the widow’s dead son in the city of Nain in Luke 7:11-17. He kept working different miracles that made people have great faith and believe in him without a doubt. Today, we still experience his miracle working power in the lives of many people who believe in him.
Meditation – you can believe God for what is seemingly impossible.
