Jesus makes a choice
Text: Matt 4:8-10
The strongest desire in satan’s heart is for people to worship him – he was so desperate for this that he offered to give Jesus the kingdoms of the world and the glory of it in exchange. Jesus made it clear to him that He valued God more than the kingdoms of the world and whatever glory they had to offer. Even today, satan still lures people to worship him by promising them power, fame, riches, worldly goods and gifts. Who would you choose to worship between God and satan?- if its God then know that whenever people around you like cultists at school or your neighborhood promise you protection and power, or sinners promise you gifts or money to do something that God hates- that’s satan indirectly asking for your worship! Like Jesus you too must be ready always to give satan the answer he deserves to hear- A BIG NO!!!
Declare: I make a firm declaration that I will serve God. I will not serve satan or the vain things he has to offer in Jesus name, amen.
MV: If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity and their years in pleasures Job 36:11
