Why did Jesus Come (V) – Freedom From Guilt
Why did Jesus Come (V) – Freedom From Guilt
Text: Acts 20:26, 2 Cor. 7:10, Acts 22:20
Paul planned with other men to kill apostle Stephen but when he repented Christ removed his guilt from past sins and because he understood that God had fully pardoned him, he could boldly say he had wronged no man. No matter the weight of the sin you might have committed in the past, rejoice because once you receive Jesus as your savior, He removes the sin, the punishment and also the guilt you would feel for your past sin.
Action Plan: If satan ever comes to remind you and accuse you about past sins you’ve confessed, tell him his accusation is empty because Jesus Christ has exchanged the guilt with an innocent conscience.
MV: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10b
