Serving the blessing or the Blesser?

Text: Psalm 9:17 Luke 16:19-28

MV: If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity and their years in pleasures Job 36:11

There was a man who God blessed with wealth and earthly goods but instead of serving God with his wealth, he served himself- and lavished the wealth as he pleased. When he died, he was thrown into hell because he ignored the needy and refused to serve the God who blessed him. Serve God with the gifts, talents & blessings He gave you. Don’t live for things, rather live a life of service to God and the people He put around you to be a blessing to.

Declare: Father, I declare that I shall serve you, I will not be selfish with the talents, gifts or blessings you have given me in Jesus’ name, amen.
